  • Minutes [DRAFT]

    Minutes 

    - All committees will be required to have a zoom component. Now going to be a requirement to be in the student council chambers by next quarter. 
    - Questions for certain things about the scholarship, eligibility that the chair needs to check. Need to get through those for what Maliah needs to be counting. 
    - Draft for some new items for the election posting guidelines. 
    - Complaint form revised in Microsoft Forms
    - Drafted up the expense reports to have samples. 
    - Consider doing aligned with the scholarship. 1 point for the entire. If you miss one you get 8/8 6/7 etc. to make it proportional for a minimum maximum. If anyone missed one it's not necessarily going to be counted the same way. 75%-25%, . Dollar amount divide by 8. 
    - 1 unexcused absence for a quarter, shared governance is 1 meeting. 
    - 1 Unexcused Absence -> 1 Warning. 
    - 2 Unexcused Absences -> 2 Warnings
    - Update Bylaws: Total shared governance missed, need to clarify that in the bylaws. Talk about Substitutions are allowed. Another senator should be able to enlist a substitute. 
    25% of total shared governance missed = 1 unexcused absence. 
    50% is two total. 
    75% missed is three. 
    Get shared governance transfers of: 
    - 2 RAPP senators want to rotate out
    - sort in 3 people (program liaisons, chrissy)
    - Beginning of Winter Quarter: check in with Program Liaisons. Chrissy didn't know any of this. 
    - Next time: using the Agenda Item Request Form.
    - Neither Admin nor Senate approved it, it's a collaboration document with OCL. <--- No approval in Admin nor Senate. 
    - Consensus with us and OCL and then we're good. 
    - 2 interns: Feedback Form and Survey, working on it in the admin chat on discord. Have some ideas to contact for this to faculty services. Get the surveys done and go through faculty stuff. 
    - 1 intern: Interest in doing the intern projects.
