ENGL 1001H.01Y: HONORS SECTION - Open to Honors Program students or by clearance from the Honors Coordinator. To enroll, first register for the regular section using the standard CRN (CRN 28856 - ENGL 1001.01Y). During the first week of the quarter, obtain an Honors add code from your instructor for the corresponding "H" section (ENGL 1001H). Then, drop the regular section in MyPortal and immediately add the Honors section using the new Honors CRN and add code. HYBRID, meets on-campus and online. This class meets each week on campus and online as noted in the class listing. Students must have access to a computer, the internet and an individual email address. Most De Anza classes will use the Canvas course management system. We recommend a laptop or desktop computer to successfully complete the course; a tablet or phone may not be adequate for all assignments and tests.
