For 18 years I supervised a clinic specializing in urgent care, family practice, and occupational medicine. I began teaching in 2003, and currently serve as the program coordinator of the Health Technologies Department. For me, the joy of working in the medical field is making people feel better. In teaching, it is seeing the pride of accomplishment in my student's faces and knowing I played some part in it. When I'm not at work, I love to garden, cook, and study.
