We’re thrilled to announce the opening of affordable employee housing at Scholars Row at The Sevens in Mountain View, a new opportunity designed to help our employees live closer to where they work and thrive in our community.
To qualify, employees must:
- Work for the Foothill-De Anza Community College District (FHDA), and
- Have a total household income at or below 150% of the 2025 Santa Clara County Area Median Income (AMI).
Timeline
- Nov. 5 – Pre-applications open.
- Nov. 19 – The first review of pre-applications begins. Submit by this date to be included in this review and have the best chance for securing housing.
- Dec. 3 – The formal application process opens for qualified applicants.
- Dec. 15-March 1 – Lease terms begin for qualified applicants.
