Intermediate Industrial Automation


Course Description

This course builds on the topics covered in the introductory course and provides an in-depth look at installing and maintaining industrial automation equipment. Topics include electro-pneumatics, electro-hydraulics, intermediate programming of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for industrial automation systems, basic industrial electric motors, and basic industrial mechanical drive systems. Industrial robots, programming, and operation will also be introduced in this intermediate course.
